Terms of use and subscription

The Closing Post provides public market observations and per-strategy close emails. The current product page defines the public summary and paid email scope. Each strategy is priced and delivered separately.
Subscription and renewal
Monthly or yearly subscriptions renew on the selected interval until cancelled. Price and billing interval are shown before payment. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not retroactively end a started period.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable data and delivery but cannot promise an error-free or delay-free edition every trading day. Material factual corrections are identified, and material strategy changes receive a new version record.
Responsibility
All content is informational research. Readers must decide independently. Nothing in the service is a promise to absorb losses caused by markets, third-party data, network interruption or use of the content.
